Privacy Policy
Effective August 21, 202601Who we are
Namari Solutions (“Namari”, “we”) is a marketing and operations agency in Houston, Texas. We build and operate NAOMI, the integrations platform behind our client work, and we run this website and the platform at naomi.namarisolutions.com. Questions about anything on this page go to hello@namarisolutions.com.
02What we collect
- Things you give us directly. The contact form on this site (your name, email, company and what you tell us about the work) and anything you send us by email.
- Client account data. When a client engages us, they connect their business systems — CRM, ad accounts, phone system, analytics — through those systems' APIs. We hold the credentials for those connections and access the business records inside them (contacts, campaigns, spend, call logs) to do the contracted work.
- Data we process for our clients. Businesses run lead intake, CRM and messaging on our platform, so we process their customers' information — names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, form submissions, call and text records — on the client's behalf and on their instructions.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps), the session cookies needed to sign in to the platform, and — inside the signed-in platform — product analytics that tell us which features get used. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
03How we use it
To respond when you contact us, to deliver the services a client engaged us for, to operate, secure and improve the platform, to bill for the work, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information — anyone's, ever.
04Google user data
With a client's authorization we connect to Google services through Google's APIs — Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and, for our own team members' accounts, Gmail. We use that access only to do the work the account owner engaged us for: building and managing campaigns, reading performance data into reports, keeping business information current, and drafting and posting content the account owner approved.
Namari's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In plain terms:
- We only use Google user data to provide and improve the features the account owner asked for.
- We never sell it, never use it for advertising unrelated to the owner's own accounts, and never use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
- We do not transfer it to anyone except the service providers in §06 (as needed to run the platform), for security purposes, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition — with notice.
- No person at Namari reads it except with the account owner's permission, when necessary for security or to fix a problem, or where the law requires it.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
- You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account security settings or by asking us to disconnect.
05AI processing
NAOMI uses large language models (from Anthropic) to draft text — ad copy, reports, replies. Only the data a given task needs is sent to the model, under provider terms that prohibit training their models on it. AI-drafted content that reaches a client's customer is checked against the underlying records before it ships, changes to connected accounts go through an approval step, and the platform logs the actions it takes.
06Who we share it with
Service providers that run the platform, under contract, only for the purposes above: Railway (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (DNS, network security and spam protection), Twilio (text and voice), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), PostHog (product analytics) and Anthropic (AI text generation).
Separately, when a client connects a platform — Google, Microsoft Advertising, Salesforce and the like — data flows to and from that platform as part of the contracted work, governed by that platform's own terms.
07How long we keep it
For the duration of the engagement, then deleted or de-identified — except security and audit logs, which we keep as long as needed to protect the platform and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time (§09).
08Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Client data is isolated per tenant at the database layer, access inside Namari is role-scoped, the platform requires an approval step before it changes a connected account, and actions are logged.
09Your choices
Email hello@namarisolutions.com to request a copy of your personal information, correct it, or have it deleted. If your information reached us through one of our clients — you are their customer — we will route the request to them or handle it on their instruction. Reply STOP to any text from our platform to stop receiving texts.
10Children
Our services are for businesses. They are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect children's information.
11Changes
When this policy changes we post the new version here with a new effective date.
